Chromis are a wonderful addition to most peaceful aquariums. Their active nature as well as their tendancy for schooling behavior add action and and interest especially at feeding times.Chromis like anemonefish and damselfish are members of the Pomacentridae Family. The fish tend to be less aggressive than their cousins. They are a reef keeper’s favorite because most will not bother corals or invertebrates. Many Species also tend to be omnivores who enjoy grazing on any available algae. Chromis tend to be quite active and prefer living in schools of three or more.
