Masked Spinefoot

Siganus hexacanthus, better known as the Masked Spinefoot Rabbitfish, has a beautiful yellow body with a black mark or mask with several dots on top from tip or the dorsal fin to the bottom of the mouth. It also has blue dotted lines from the anal fins toward the front of the body also having blue tips on both the dorsal and anal fin. Masked Bluelined Rabbitfish, Siganus puellus or Masked Spinefoot maintain their peaceful demeanor with help from their venomous dorsal and anal fin spines. Masked Blueline Spinefoot are colorful and have well developed, venomous, dorsal and anal fin spines.

Red Saddleback Clownfish

As a juvenile Red Saddleback Clownfish have a white vertical bar present that disappears as they mature. Clownfish in general are shy and live in a limited territory not much larger than the range of host Anemones. Red Saddleback Clownfish are aggressive even belligerent to the point of death with other Clownfish. To avoid this situation introduce all clownfish into the aquarium at the same time. House only one Red Saddleback in a smaller aquarium. Clownfish are omnivores and are generally reef safe. Also known as Anemonefish, they are known for their symbiosis with Sea Anemones.

Blue/Green Chromis

Chromis viridis inhabit shallow lagoons from the Indo Pacific and South Pacific living in schools. This beautiful specimen is a perfect addition for any reef aquarium. The Blue/Green Chromis is a beautiful specimen that is an inexpensive investment and with good husbandry can reward you with a life span of 8-15 years. To ensure ultimate color offer an enriched varied diet. Blue Green Chromis are omnivorous, reef and invert safe. In the aquarium the Chromis viridis will draw out is shyer tank mates as they occupy the upper levels of the aquarium.

Green Chromis

Chromis atripectoralis is found in the Indo Pacific from Northern Australia to Southern Japan being the main area of inhabitance. Chromis atripectoralis gets its name from the distinct black blotch on the inner pectoral fin. This fish is commonly mistaken for Chromis viridis in many aquarium shops. The distinct black mark in fact is the difference between the two. The Green Chromis lives in large schools In the Indo Pacific mostly from Australia Northern shore to the Southern part of Japan.

Red Striped Anthias

Pseudanthias fasciatus or Red Striped Anthias have awesome coloring that stand out in any aquarium. Pseudanthias fasciatus or Red Striped Anthias have awesome coloring that stand out in any aquarium. With a red stripe the body can range from orange to red to yellow depending on lighting and strong nutritional diet. The red stripe is surrounded by a pink to purple color bars down the length of the body. Anthias live in large schools in the wild and will do well in small groups for the best aquarium experience with these species.
